Depending on the jacket, that silk lives on the outside, pieced into panels across the collar, yoke, and sleeves, or it lives on the inside, a hidden lining that only shows itself when the jacket comes off. Either way, the print is the point: a single scarf, cut to follow the seams of a jacket it was never made for, and made to fit it anyway.
We source only silk in exceptional condition — the kind that has spent decades folded in a drawer rather than worn through. No two Chloé jackets carry the same scarf, which means no two carry the same story.
